Brumfield, Kentucky

Brumfield is in Boyle county about 12 miles southwest of Danville. It was established as Brumfield Station on the rail line and named for a local family. The Brumfield Station post office opened in 1866, was renamed Brumfield in 1880, and closed in 1938.
