Constance, Kentucky
Constance was a Boone county community about eight miles northeast of Burlington on the Ohio River. It was settled by people with a German background and it may have been named for Konstanz, Baden-Württemberg.
The Constance post office opened in 1853 and closed in 1997.
Near Constance the Anderson ferry went into operation in 1817, crossing the river to Ohio.
