Holy Cross, Kentucky
Holy Cross is a Marion county community about 15 miles northwest of Lebanon. It was settled beginning in 1785 and was the site of the first Roman Catholic church built in Kentucky, in 1792. The original log church was replaced by the current church of brick in 1823.
The Holy Cross post office operated from 1886 to 1914.
