Latonia Lakes is a community in Kenton county near the Licking River on the south of Covington. It began as a vacation area on three small lakes, two of which no longer exist. The name comes from nearby Latonia Springs. Latonia Lakes was incorporated in 1953 and dissolved in 2006. It never had a post office. The population in 2000 was 325.
