Rocky Hill, Kentucky
Rocky Hill is an Edmonson county community about 12 miles southeast of Brownsville. The name is probably descriptive. The community grew around the station on the Louisville and Nashville Railway, which arrived in 1859. The Rocky Hill Station post office opened in 1859. The name was shortened to Rocky Hill in 1923.
