Trapp, Kentucky
Trapp is a Clark county community at the junction of KY 89 and KY 974 about 10 miles southeast of Winchester. The community was also known as Roundtree. The Trapp name is said to come from animal traps hanging in the crossroads store. The post office used the spelling Trap, but the Trapp spelling usually appears on maps.
The Trap post office operated from 1904 to 1908.
