Westbend, Kentucky
Westbend was a Powell county community near Brush Creek about nine miles northwest of Stanton. The name is also spelled West Bend. It was the location of the Argyle Station on the Lexington and Eastern Railroad. The origins of the names isn't known.
The West Bend post office opened in 1869 and closed in 1991.
