The KIPDA (Kentuckiana Regional Planning and Development Agency) Area Development District, one of Kentucky's 15 Area Development Districts, includes Bullitt, Henry, Jefferson, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer, and Trimble counties in Kentucky and Clark and Floyd counties in Indiana.
