Fallsburg, Kentucky
Fallsburg is a Lawrence county communty about seven miles northwest of Louisa. The community developed around water-powered mills and was first known as Falls of Blaine.
Fallsburg was incorporated about 1890, but was later dissolved.
A Falls of Blaine post office operated from 1842 to 1871. The Emma post office, named for the daughter of the postmaster, opened in 1883. It was renamed Fallsburg in 1890 and closed in 1976.
