Kelat, Kentucky
Kelat is a Harrison county community at the junction of KY 1032 and KY 1744 about 10 miles north of Cynthiana. It was originally known as Fairview, but when the post office opened the name was already in use so the name Kelat, a city in Baluchistan, was used as a unique name.
The Kelat post office opened in 1884 and closed in 1905.
