Nobob, Kentucky
Nobob was a Barren county community about 13 miles southeast of Glasgow on Nobob Creek. There are a number of stories about the origin of name, generally involving someone named Bob who disappears. The location was also known as Flathead. The Nobob post office opened in 1854 and closed in 1936.
