Sardis, Kentucky

Sardis is a Mason county (and extending into Robertson county) town about twelve miles southwest of Maysville. It was founded in the early nineteenth century and incorporated in 1850. The Sardis post office opened in 1846 and stopped operating as an independent office in 1959. The population in 2010 was 103.
