Jimtown, Kentucky
Jimtown is a northeastern Fayette county community on Greenwich Pike near the Bourbon county line. It was founded in 1888 when James Sidener subdivided part of his family's farm and sold lots to formerly enslaved people. The Sidener family also owned the land that became nearby Loradale.
