Union City, Kentucky
Union City is a Madison county community on the road to Doylesville and the Kentucky River about six miles northeast of Richmond. The name comes from the Union Church that was founded there about 1812.
A Breckville post office opened in 1851 and closed in 1855. The Union Meeting House post office opened in 1857 and closed in 1859. The Union City post office opened in 1876 and closed in 1976.
